Quality Lisa X 3D Printer : Setup

Welcome, enthusiasts! Today, I’m thrilled to share an exciting experience as we unbox and set up the Lisa X, a revolutionary 3D printer that promises an exceptional printing journey. Let’s dive in!

Flight Case Unveiling

The adventure begins by unlocking the Flight Case, a sturdy companion for transporting the Lisa X between facilities effortlessly. With a dedicated ramp included, moving this printer becomes a breeze.

Dedicated Powder Tools

Inside the first box, we discover the dedicated powder tools, equipped with essentials for working with powder, including scooping and sifting accessories. The filling pil, used for machine powder filling, is a standout feature.

IO Box and Laser Galvo System

The IO box facilitates the removal of powder cakes from the printer, distinguishing it from traditional capsule-based systems. The Lisa X boasts a laser galvo system, allowing full build volumes in an impressive 20 to 24 hours, a significant advantage for production.

Power Requirements

Addressing power concerns, the Lisa X accommodates standard 110-volt connections in the US with an included powerful converter box, ensuring adaptability in various settings.

Start-Up Screens and Industry 4.0 Integration

Upon startup, the Lisa X proves its user-friendly nature, requiring minimal calibration. The machine seamlessly integrates into Industry 4.0 with APIs, allowing easy connectivity with other manufacturing processes.

Powder Handling Station

While not mandatory, the Powder Handling Station (PHS) is highly recommended for a streamlined and clean printing process, especially in production scenarios. It significantly simplifies de-powdering and enhances overall efficiency.

Quality Finish and Upgrades

The Lisa X impresses not only with its larger size but also with upgraded components and a meticulous wiring loom. The overall finish quality is exceptional, making it a worthwhile upgrade for those familiar with Lisa Pro.
